I went online to find a hair cut place for myself as I normally go to Great Clips. I noticed Sport Clips and viewed their site. I created a email and signed up for a haircut appointment. I then got an email from Sport Clips offering a free haircut for new clients. Instructing me to take coupon and present during check in, so I did. I got my haircut and went to check out with my coupon and was told it was a bogus coupon and could not use it. It was a Sport Clips coupon and as a new client, how in the hell would I know that it could not be used. It was $28.00 for a regular cut, that I could pay less at any professional hair salon. Needless to say, I will tell everyone to not ever visit this dishonest company. They had a chance to make things right, but instead blame me for the coupon. I would like some one for corporate to contact me and explain, the company’s views on customer service

I was very disappointed with the service and quality of my haircut. I asked for a quick clean up of my hair my stylist (Nina) proceeds to cut off almost all of my hair leaving me with the problem of wearing a hat for a month or so. Overall I am extremely disappointed with my hair cut And quality
